Floral Parade

This soft eye glass case introduces and establish some key principles of Japanese Bead embroidery and techniques.

All the main flowers are stitched in a similar way and depends on the use of bead size, technique and design concepts to create visual dimension. Embroidery with metal threads add another dimension to the design.  Colour choices and their distribution is an important factor to balance and flow.

Kit includes cotton fabric with line design printed on, lining, beads, threads, needles, pattern sheet, colour photo, wadding and interfacing.

Finished project measures:  7cm x 16.5cm wide (2 3/4″ x 6 1/2″)
